Etoile D’Or (African Player of the Year) 2003
By magazine Afrique Football. Any player from an African national team
is eligible. There are 55 voters: 54 sports journalists from each African
country (including Reunion and Comores that are not members of either
FIFA or CAF) plus the director of Afrique Football. Each one choses three
players: 5 points for the first, 3 points for the second and 1 point for
the third.
