NB: Sri Lanka withdrew due to tsunami on Dec 26, 2004;
Kyrgyzstan withdrew due to political unrest;
Nepal withdrew due to lack of funds;
Turkmenistan and Brunei also withdrew.
Qualifying Tournament (Vietnam, June 12-23, 2005)
China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea all have byes to the final tournament.
Laos, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Tajikistan all withdrew before the start
of the tournament. Myanmar were then moved into group A.
