    sokol, who threatened to leave the tournament, they were given a bye instead

  [match abandoned at 1-2 in 73' when Shipchenski sokol walked off following
   a broken leg to one of their players and the refusal by the referee to send
   the AS 23 player involved in the collision off, judging it had not been
   intentional; match awarded 3-0 to AS 23 by the BNSF]
