plenus Nadeshiko League (Japan Women's Football League) 2009 Division 1 NB: * Japan Women's Football League takes a new contract with a taken-out lunch-box "Bentoh franchisee company, Plenus Co.,LTD. And, the name of league is "plenus Nadeshiko League". The top of character is small "p". * Two clubs have been promoted in this season. JEF United Ichihara Chiba Ladies was the champion of Div.2, and Speranza FC Takatsuki was the winner of play-off in last season. On the other hand, TASAKI Perule FC was disbanded by restructure of its owner company, and the loser in play-off, Iga FC Kunoichi was relegated. * As prepare for the reform in next season, the bottom team has to attend the play-off, against the 3rd of lower division. The winner will play in new "Nadeshiko League", increased to 10 clubs, and the loser belongs to new founded "Challenge League", divided to two districts, East and West Japan. * Four teams are managed by each J.League clubs. NTV Beleza is a women's part of NTV FC, it manages Tokyo Verdy. The others use same names as their J.League team; Arbilex Niigata, JEF Chiba, and Urawa Red Diamonds (Reds).
