Philippines (Manila selection) tour of Java and Singapore 1953

The team was organized by the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation.
Some reports listed the team as Manila Interport team, or a Manila selection, but the 
"Manila Times" described it repeatedly as the Philippines national team preparing for
the 1954 Asian Games.

NB: Radjawali were the team of the Tjimahi Garrison; PSB and Persib are local federations;
    PON teams were regional selections of players eligible to enter the PON III tournament.

The tour was originally planned to be in May and to include matches in Hong Kong, Macao,
and Bangkok, but in the end matches were played only in Singapore and Indonesia.
