Swedish Trip of St. Louis Soccer Club 1920


The tourists had a squad of 18 players, of which 12 came from Saint Louis, including captain Harry Ratican and topscorer Hap Marre, and 6 from various clubs from Eastern states, including Albert Blakey (Philadelphia), Dave Brown (Kearny), Charlie Ellis (Brooklyn) and George Tintle (Harrison).
Three of the first five matches involved the Swedish selection for the Olympic football tournament in Belgium.
All matches were played on Sundays or Wednesdays.
