       their record of 12  3  0  9   8-20   9  [9-20?] was annulled

NB: annulled results against Reli Kigoma in square brackets;
    Young Africans play home matches in Mwanza, Trans Camp play
    home matches in Kigoma, Vijana play home matches in Tanga.
    Apparently both Vijana and Karume Rangers were relegated
    suggesting Bandari beat Vijana in their remaining match.

        their record of 8  1  1  6   1-11   4  was annulled
10.Pallsons withdrew on Jun 3; [Arusha]
        their record of 8  1  1  6   8-18   4  was annulled

NB: annulled results against Pallsons in square brackets (Mtibwa's win
    was by default); Pallsons played home matches in Shinyanga until
    their withdrawal;
    annulled results against Kariakoo in curly brackets (Kahama's win
    was by default);
    Simba play home matches in Shinyanga, Twiga Sports play home matches
    in Tanga;
    records indicated by source:
    Moro 16-9 goals; Mji 6-11 goals; Kahama 8-7 goals.

NB: the number of relegated teams was cited as either 2 or 4 from either
    group; eventually 3 seem to have been relegated from each (including
    the disqualified teams).

Super Eight League

NB: Simba and Young Africans are again playing at the National Stadium
    in Dar-es-Salaam

Final Table:

 1.Simba SC            14 10  4  0  18- 6  34  Champions  [Dar-es-Salaam]
 2.Mtibwa Sugar        14  7  4  3  25-16  25  [Turiani]
 3.Young Africans      14  7  2  5  20-12  23  [Dar-es-Salaam]
 4.Prisons             14  6  4  4  14-11  22  [Mbeya]
 5.Moro United         14  4  8  2  18-11  20  [Morogoro]
 6.Police              14  4  3  7  11-17  15  [Dodoma]
 7.Kahama United       14  1  3 10   4-21   6  [Shinyanga]
 8.Arusha FC           14  0  6  8   8-24   6  [Arusha]

NB: on November 19, the National Sports Council ruled to award three
    matches (Kahama vs Yanga of round 5, Prisons vs Simba of round 8
    and Kahama vs Mtibwa of round 11) as 0-2 losses against Simba
    and Kahama; whil this did not change the order of the top-4 places,
    a later ruling in December by the Minister for Labour, Youth
    Development and Sports, Juma Kapuya, which presumably entailed
    overturning the decision on the Prisons vs Simba match, saw
    Young Africans finish in third place; as Mtibwa Sugar are not
    allowed to enter the CAF Confederations Cup due to their running
    2-year CAF ban, the TFF wanted to give their place, which had
    been awarded to Prisons, to Young Africans; however, CAF refused
    to acknowledge this (as the deadline for registering participants
    had been sometime in November) and insisted on Prisons as entrants.
    Prisons have meanwhile filed a civil suit against the TFF for
    declaring Young Africans third winners of the league.
    Mtibwa Sugar will be allowed to enter the CECAFA Club Cup along
    with Simba.
