[Oct 27]
Chapungu 8-3 Black Rhinos

NB: before this match Chapungu had scored 26 goals in 21 matches and
Rhinos conceded 24 in 20; thanks to their win over their fellow
army side, Chapungu secured survival at the top level to the detriment
of Mhangura and Zimbabwe Saints (because of their inferior goal
differences), who were relegated, but later reprieved when the league
was extended to 14 clubs for 1992. Chapungu finished with 19 points
and a goal record of 34-35.

Champions 1991: Dynamos (Harare), 2 points ahead of Black Rhinos
(Tanganda were also reported to have finished runners-up)

Promoted: Black Aces (champions of Northern Region Division One)
          Eiffel Flats
          Shushine

NB: Ziscosteel apparently withdrew or excluded for 1992.
