Successor tournament of the Coupe UDEAC, played from 1984 to 1990. Originally the first edition was scheduled to start December 1, 2002 in Bangui, Central African Republic, but it was cancelled.
All matches at centre sportif Alphonse Massamba-Débat, Brazzaville.
