The 11th edition of the Türkiye Futbol Şampiyonası (Turkish Football Championship) was held in 1945. All Final Group matches were played at 19 Mayıs Stadium in Ankara.
Qualification play-off The winners of the four qualification groups competed against each other in knock-out style.
