  [NB: the referee ruled 30 minutes extra time, apparently unaware that
       corners (!) were to decide the issue according to regulations;
       Kitwe, beaten by a solitary goal in extra time, entered an official
       protest and a replay was ordered, but Blades rejected that decision.
       So all three teams turned up for the final on Nov 6.  FAZ president
       persuaded Blades to play a friendly (Rhokana U. 9-1 Bancroft Blades)
       to keep the situation from getting out of hand.]
