According to No. 41 of "Sport & Plein air", Paris (organ of the Fédération sportive et gymnique du travail) of 15 July 1962, teams from Austria, Chile, Indonesia, Denmark, France (Olympique Nîmes for Clubs tournament) and other European, Asian and American teams would have had to participate in the football tournament. From "Sporti Popular", Bucharest, August 1962, only one result, Lebanon-Algeria 5-1, is known.
